About

An accomplished People and Development leader with over 30 years’ experience spanning the full HR spectrum. Most recently, as Group Director of People and Development at a Further Education organisation, I provided strategic leadership for HR, business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion, shaping a cohesive and supportive employee experience. I have been consulting independently since October 2026. 

My expertise spans organisational development, performance enhancement, change and transformation leadership, talent acquisition and development, coaching and mentoring, and learning and development strategy. As an experienced L&D facilitator, I have designed and delivered impactful leadership and management programmes alongside a wide range of skills‑based workshops for employees at all levels.  My coaching portfolio includes leaders at all levels, including CEOs.

I hold a master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, a PGCE and QTLS and am a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner.

My career has been driven by a passion for unlocking potential, fostering inclusive cultures, and equipping people with the skills and behaviours to thrive. I have a particular passion for supporting and developing leaders to lead authentically, purposefully and with compassion.
